As per the global research studies, 42% of the people in the United States are obese. Especially in the five boroughs of New York, Childhood obesity is a common phenomenon. Route causes revealed behind this social issue are constant snacking, sedentary lifestyle over screens, the close proximity of fast-food outlets, and the lack of outdoor physical activities due to safety issues. This idea of mineral base snacks is introduced to switch the carbohydrate intake towards minerals without avoiding the food habits. The front panel is visually striking with playful teenage models. The back panel encourages teenagers to learn more about physical activities and persuades them to practice. Also, QR code leads them to watch the video tutorials with hosts. All the fitness activities are possible to practice within limited indoor spaces. The profits of online viewing are directly allocated to the American Obesity Society to invest in more solutions. The idea is driven to the final execution by following the principles of Human-Centered Design. The process went through inspiration, framing your design, secondary research, interviews, immersion, and analog inspiration methods. All visual aesthetics were decided according to those experiments. Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop are being used for the design process.
